All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms, for creating risk or potential legal exposure for us, for suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities, or at our sole discretion with or without cause.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
